Rural delivery option now shown on checkout for NZ addresses

Courierpost charge a Rural surcharge for all rural address courier deliveries. On checkout you will be shown a NON RD and RD address shipping options. Please choose the RD address option if you address is rural. If the incorrect shipping is paid we may ask for an additional payment before your order is sent.
